How old do I have to be to receive service? Must be 18 years of age or older.
What if I am afraid of needles? We have ultrasound technology that is fun to see and can guarantee IV placement. Distraction is key!
How long does an infusion take? Multiple factors go into the length of an infusion, including health condition, amount of fluid administered, medications received, and your tolerance, but the average infusion takes an hour.
How long does an injection take? The injection process, including paperwork for new customers, takes an average of 10 minutes.

Will you take my insurance? No insurance is taken at this time. We can provide you an invoice of the services you received for you to submit to your insurance upon request.
Will a doctor be there to prescribe or refill my prescriptions? No medications will be prescribed or prescriptions filled due to medical regulations.
Is the bus wheelchair accessible? There are 4 steps into the bus, and weather pending, there is outdoor seating available.
What lab values do I receive if I elect to get labs drawn? The primary lab values you will receive are your sodium, potassium, blood sugar, and kidney function levels.
What does IM mean? Intramuscular. An injection administered into the muscle.
What happens if I have a reaction to any of the medications? We have emergency protocols in place to ensure your safety.
